The lawyers

Who you'll sit down with

Three lawyers, each with the cases they know best. You work with the same person from start to finish.

  • Azucena Abarca, a smiling woman with glasses and long dark curly hair in a red sweater, outdoors

    Azucena Abarca

    Founding partner

Leads the firm's family petitions and asylum cases. Spanish and English.

  • Ezequiel Solórzano, a smiling man in a light gray blazer, standing outdoors with a phone in his hand

Handles DACA and family cases, and prepares clients for interviews. Spanish and English.

  • Naomi Tsukamoto, a smiling woman with long dark hair in a white shirt, in front of a teal wall

Runs the firm's citizenship cases, from record check to oath. English and Japanese.

Who speaks which language

Azucena Abarca and Ezequiel Solórzano grew up speaking Spanish and work in Spanish every day. Naomi Tsukamoto works in English and Japanese.

When Naomi meets a family that would rather speak Spanish, Azucena or Ezequiel joins the meeting, so nobody has to rely on a cousin or a child to interpret. And the letters we send you can come in whichever language you choose.
